FOUNDER OF COMPASSIONATE CARE

Hi there!

My name is Farrah and I am local to Newcastle, Ontario.

I have built a team of certified, experienced and insured Personal Support Workers. Each PSW is verified through Ontario PSW Association and have been Triton background checked.

We proudly serve families in Durham Region, and Clarington. We also cover areas that have a hard time getting PSW's at home through government care agencies. Such as, Kendal, Newtonville, Pontypool, Bethany and surrounding areas.

I started my journey in healthcare because I am a stage 3 cancer survivor.

I know what it's like to be the patient.

I have felt the way some caregivers can dehumanize you.

I have also had really amazing caregivers who made a massive impact on my journey to recovery.

I believe that finding the caregivers who are in healthcare for the right reasons, is what set's us apart from other traditional healthcare agencies. I do all of our PSW hiring myself, to ensure the ones looking after you or your loved ones, are up to the standard that I would personally want looking after myself.

Our team has seen how often our healthcare system falls short, especially in home care.

Too many families are left without consistent care, and their loved ones are left to pick up the pieces.

After nearly 9 years of experience in hospitals, long-term care, retirement homes, psychiatric care, and rehab...
